You will be required to provide photos of the issue your are experiencing and proof of purchase in order to file a warranty claim.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 7 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement.

If the product shows any problem, you count with 15 days to return the product for manufacturing defects.

The goods must be returned “as-new” in a sellable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

All refunds processed will cover the cost of the original items returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping.

We can only accept returns for purchases made from the rival.com.co website and not from our retail partner stores. Please contact the place of purchase for their returns policy.

Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty.

Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.
This warranty takes precedence over any other agreements or warranties, general or special, expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of RIVAL in connection with the sale or use of this product.

RIVAL makes no other expressed warrantees or guarantees, except as otherwise specifically stated.

RIVAL waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences that might result from the use or handling of any RIVAL product by any legal or natural person.
